Cancellation/Refund Policy

• For Digital Services: Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted. No refunds will be provided for completed services.

• For Products:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must email us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

  • All replacement or refund requests require a proper unboxing video as proof. Further details regarding the process will be provided via email upon request.
